Bilateral is a company that since the beginning of its operation in December of 2003 has offered outsourced call center services to companies both in and out of the country from its three branches strategically located in Colombia. Our goal is to help reduce our clients’ operational expenses while at the same time bring their customers the highest quality standards in the industry.
